Secured web hoster

Hi,

I like the idea to host my GTD TiddlyWiki on a web server
accessible
from any computer.

Problem is confidentiality; i need to find a secured web
hoster; i'd
even satisfy myself with a 10MB offer; but i absolutely need
the SSL
over HTTP functionality.

Do you know such a (free?) web hosting service around?
