Hi Katrina:

I presume you are speaking of the "taskbar". If that is so, goto the Start
button and right click, then click properties, then click "taskbar, then
put a check in the command "keep the taskbar in front of other windows".

I did that but the start button doesnt have a taskbar button and I
can find one
