I ordered my computer and stuff from the company tech guy so he holds
all the papers AND windows disk and all other disks for my computer-
so I dont know exact model number etc-all I can see is that it is a
pentium-I guess I can look in the back

I sometimes think that too-LOL
I am sure he uses the disks to install in other people's computers-
but he's not expensive

Catrina,

you bought all the materials that came with your computer. You should
find a way to make him understand that you need them.

If you paid for the computer then you paid for all the other stuff. I would
demand that he give you everything, disks, paperwork. etc. And then dump
him.

He not only is of doubtful skill but doubtful ethics.
