The device that you are talking about is a thumb drive, 2 Gig capacity is a
lot for these, but they are not hard drives, they are flash drives, a
special kind of memory, no physical drive. What I am talking about is a hard
drive that is external, it has a USB interface but otherwise the same as my
hard drive. Mine is 80 G but now they come in larger capacity.
