Toshiba Satellite L25-S1194 Volume / Audio is extremely low...

I have a project before me that I have been working on for 2 days. It
is a Toshiba Satellite L25-S1194 / OS Windows XP Pro. User is no longer
using a Cell Phone with it and I am afraid that the Cell might have
taken over the speaker volume. Furthermore, I have reinstalled all of
the Audio / Sound Drivers, and the sound is still there but faint. Has
anyone had, and resolved this issue? If so, could you share the
resolution with me.

Sound will only be directed to one source by the sound system, either to you
desktop speakers, head set or other device. Sound is found in the Control
Panel but you could also have a Toshiba special sound control also found in
CP.
