Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] Using an OEM version of Vista on another computer
I got my Vista program with my Mac Pro which was installed on that
machine so I wondered whether it would install on a different
machine,so I just tried insatlling it. It worked! Including activation.
One reason that I did that was that I wanted to see how well Vista
worked on a PC instead of in Parallels on my Mac. It definitely is
faster and seems to work better. I wanted to learn Vista w/out
Parallels so I knew what was normal. I was pleasently surprised.

Lisa,

It's singular, What IS Parallels. It is a program that creates a
virtual machine on the Mac into which you can install an alternate OS.
The name of the program, Parallels, suggests parallel operating
systems, or parallel machines.
