Overview:
Under general supervision: manage the software and hardware
configurations for environments supporting development,
testing, deployment, and maintenance; support the WebSphere
platform configuration for multiple environments; automate
repetitive processes with scripts; and research and identify
solutions for issues related to the WebSphere platform.

Required Skills:
· 2+ years of experience WebSphere Application Server (5.x,
6.x, Portal) or similar application server software (i.e.
Weblogic) 
· 2+ years hands-on experience with Unix or Linux
environments.  AIX and Red Hat preferred 
· Expert scripting experience.  PERL preferred; Unix or CGI
scripting also considered 
· Working knowledge of Windows XP 
· Must be able to communicate effectively with software
developers, engineers, and test personnel 
· Must be comfortable working in a team environment and
supporting the software development life cycle 
· Excellent Interpersonal skills. 
· Excellent organizational skills and MS Office skills 

Pluses
· Experience with Java Development 
· Experience with Rational ClearCase and/or other
configuration management software 
· Experience with the Capability Maturity ModelExperience
with workflow based SCM processes and tools 
· Experience with Ant 

Position is located in Duluth, GA.
