Our customer would like a Sr Java UI specialist to come in
and develop a Flex 2.0 based solution for their front end.
It is not necessary to have production experience with Flex
2.0; however a solid Java UI background with experience
building rich-client applications would be required. 
Experience with the following tools would be mandatory: 

- Java / J2EE 

- UI design and development 

- Solid XML background 

- Webservices 

- Remote Objects (Java classes etc) 

- Struts 

- EJB’s 

- Hibernate 

- Ant 

This would be full life cycle design and development. UI
design and development of the presentation layer
architecture. Design the interface flow and functionalities.
Some specs would be in an UML format. Communicate with the
stakeholder to gather and or expand requirements.
Conceptualize and prototype solutions from the ground up.
Self starter. Fast and efficient development approach! 

This is an internally facing application for employee
timecards and externally facing for inventory management of
their restaurants.
