Required Skills:
	7-8+ years of experience working in structured applications
development, experience in web technologies (Java, J2EE,
HTML, JSPs, etc), databases (MS Sql Server and DB2),
knowledge of integration techniques and portal based
applications.
	Must enjoy and thrive working in a team-based,
entrepreneurial environment; must have leadership skills
	Must have the skills needed to take ownership of a project
from end to end, and delegate/coordinate tasks to on-site
and offshore resources as necessary
	Must be a strategic thinker, while continuing to drive
towards delivery
	Must be able to operate autonomously, and be a self
starter
	Must have demonstrable skills in driving design concepts,
translated into delivery units 
	Excellent written and oral skills
	Ability to facilitate effective meetings with all levels of
business sponsorship

Preferred Skills:
	Extremely good people skills
	WebSphere Portal Experience is a plus
	Understanding of SOA concepts
	Understanding of SaaS concepts
	Understanding of Integration concepts

Desirable:
	Salesforce.COM integration experience
	Strong understanding of WEB 2.0 concepts

Description of daily assignment:
	Operate as a team lead within the development group to
architect, design, and build applications to support the
business goals of multiple companies.  Responsibilities will
include, leading a team of developers toward the common goal
of rapid delivery of business and customer facing
applications.  Also will be responsible for ensuring that
new applications are architected appropriately with SOA
concepts applied, with a high degree of reuse, while not
compromising on quality and speed to market.  Must be able
to communicate at all levels, both with technical and
nontechnical members of the team.  Must exhibit leadership
qualities and have a 'do what it takes' attitude.
