The Product Trainer works with clients, Jacada partners and internal Jacada staff by delivering technical training on Jacada products. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures required to implement Jacada products. Ability to present to large and small groups alike in both structured and non-structured training environments alike. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Reports to:
· Consulting Manager or Professional Services Director
Level of Experience:
· Mid-level consultant with 2-4 years of overall experience.
Travel Requirements:
· This position travels an average of 50-75% of the time to client sites in North America. International travel is available, if interested, but not required.
Technical Skills Required:
· 2+ years of Java development experience or 1+ years of C# development experience
· HTML, ASP, JSP, WebServices programming highly desirable
· Prior experience with J2EE Middleware (highly prefer BEA WebLogic) and developing within a J2EE framework a plus
· Working knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio or other desktop productivity applications.
· Ability to create and maintain technical training materials.
· Prior experience delivering technical training highly desirable.

· Communication skills – Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients, partners and other Jacada team members – consulting, support, lab and sales. Ability to quickly establish trust and convey confidence. Ability to create and maintain technical training documentation and exercises.
· Team Work – Ability to interface and work cooperatively with teammates, customers and third-party service providers.
· Problem Solving Skills – Ability to resolve customer problems with diplomacy, either directly or with the team’s assistance.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
