Scope of work and deliverables if applicable:.Resource will
work on development and production code using Java, J2EE
technologies
Required Skills:
Necessary tech skills: Strong Java, JDK 1.4+, JSP, Servlets,
JDBC, 2 or more J2EE App Servers, XML, MVC Framework, Design
Patterns, UML Modeling, Analysis & Design, JMS, JUnit or
TestNG, PVCS/ClearCase, Ant, LinuxUnix, Shell ScriptsSoft
Skills: Team player, Confident, Enthusiastic, Good
communication, Good documentation, Able to work
independently, Project Leadership, Can do attitude, Up-to
date on the latest web technologies and a flare for
learning.
Desired Skills:
Spring IOC, Hibernate, AOP, JMX, any RDBMS, Rules Engine,
J2EE Caching, J2EE Performance Tuning, Open Source, Web
Services, SOAP , JDK 1.5, Full Lifecycle Development,
Iterative Development, PMD, IntelliJ IDE, Eclipse IDE
