Summary
The primary focus of this position is to provide creative
and consultative development for CORREX and SELEX Solutions
for external and internal clients.  This position requires a
great deal of problem solving ability and logical thought
process.  This individual will be required to perform and
support in all of the following areas: agent application
development, client implementation support, incident
reporting, testing and deployment, training and mentoring,
and other tasks as assigned.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
	Design and create Jython Scripts
	Analyze requirements, technical documentation and
prototypes
	Assist in defining and analyzing requirements, technical
documentation and prototypes
	Contribute improvements to development and testing
processes, technologies, and methodologies
	Assist with periodic code reviews on scripts created by
other Application Developers and offer suggestions for
improvement, feedback, and training support
	Participate in prototyping (design) discussion and
reviews
	Responsible for unit testing of work output
	Participate in production deployments where assigned
	Support and troubleshooting solution issues (including
possible errors with existing processes)
	Interact with other departments and teams as necessary



Position Requirements 
	Technical development experience with Jython or Python. 
Development experience with Java, HTML, Java Script and JSP
a plus.
	Ability to grasp TRX technology, customer applications,
internal processes and procedures and TRX standards of
performance
	Good people skills and capable of mentoring and
training
	Strong and creative technical problem solving skills;
ability to understand the big picture and offer technical
suggestions and feedback to improve the tools and processes
	Ability to maintain attention to detail on both short
and long term projects
	Enthusiasm and consistency in performance 
	Good people skills, capable of working with others’
attitudes and opinions 
	Self motivated, able to work independently and able to
multi-task

Education and/or Experience
	A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
field, or equivalent work experience
	Knowledge of Web Application Architecture and/or Web
Interfaces is a plus 
	Strong experience with Perl, Python/Jython, BeanShell,
JavaScript, or other scripting language
	Working knowledge of all MS applications including Word,
MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
	Travel experience is a plus
