mail too large

I seem to be having an issue with mail going out that has
attachments
over 1000000

This nondelivery report was generated by the amavisd-new
program
at host host.domain.tld. Our internal reference code for
your message
is 03452-01.

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 534 5.3.4 Message larger than 1000000
bytes
rejected, id=03452-01, we send out attachments of 10-25MB I
need to
raise that limit, also how would I change the host
host.domain.tld to
my mail servers name?

To what MTA is amavisd trying to forward checked mail?
($forward_method, $notify_method) ?

It doesn't seem to be Postfix, and is not sendmail,
and is not amavisd itself: none of these produce a smtp
status message as you indicated.

Modify configuration on MTA that is receiving checked mail
from amavisd.

amavisd.conf:
  $myhostname = 'mail.example.com';

Ok.

Baseline amavisd-new does not place arbitrary limits on mail
size,
and does not keep the whole message in memory.
