Or have a 'refrence number' that an IT admin might get.

The IT admin might then release it from quarantine (after
scanning it
for viruses and kiddy porn)

Ah, yes. Ok. I new about this way. I don't dislike it, but I
would prefer to stop delivering once delivered...
