Hi Mark.. sorry for not reading carefully the release
notes...
Now, amavisd-new 2.4.5 works _perfectly_ with:

- MIME::Parser 5.420
- MIME::Base64 3.07
- SpamAssassin 3.1.8
- Sendmail 8.13.8 (milter)
