Changing Filtering order - Spam first

I want first amavisd-new perform antispam checks and then
antivirus, can i
change this order.
And if a message contain virus and message also contain spam
then so
notification generated for both sender or receiver.

Since the sender of a virus is certainly false, why would
you want to do 
that (send bounces to innocent people who never sent you
anything, not 
to mention a virus)?

You can't. Why would you want that?

- virus scanning is fast compared to SA, it's better to
spare SA some
  work on viruses

- for viruses a different handling is needed (no bounces,
  dedicated quarantine and notification options), so even
if
  you do spam checking first, you still need to do virus
scanning

If a message contents a virus, it is not spam by
definition.
