Two problems. You were sending internal mail to the vscan
pipe (a
method which is deprecated) and you needed a copy of the
smtp transport
with a few overrides specific to amavisd-new, and with a
maxproc set to
the same value as $max_servers. We moved content_filter to
main.cf so
both smtpd and pickup send to smtp-amavis.
