Since RC7:
- handle a situation where $QUARANTINEDIR is not defined,
yet
  some quarantining is directed to file storage (which
should be ignored,
  but was causing improperly handled errors), experieced by
Jim Knuth;
- avoid doubly xtext-encoding of DNS ENVID, Net::SMTP
already encodes it
  by itself (and posted a proposed patch to Net::SMTP on
CPAN bug tracking);
- handle exotic cases where pax lists a single character in
place
  of a date when listing archive members (problem inherited
from 2.3.3),
  thanks to Ralf Hildebrandt;
- increase log level of informational messages like
    "do_executable: not a LHA sfx, ignoring"
  from 1 to 3 so that Ralf won't see them and worry about
them 
- avoid the use of ugly $&
- add more examples of the use of _by_ccat in
amavisd.conf-sample;
