Attachment limit size

Hi list;

I would like to know if there is any way to limit the size
of an attachment
using amavisd-new?

Not without some hacking.

You can only limit total mail size, but that is best done at
the MTA
(although possible in amavisd too).

Thanks for your attention.

Do you know anything to limit attachments' size on msgs?

I have used postfix+amavisd-new+maildrop on my box. I'm
using postfix rules
to limit total size, but I need limit attachments' size
too.

Don't know, sorry.

It is rarely useful to limit each mail part size
individually,
limiting the total size normally suffices - if there exists
one large mail part that needs limiting, the total size
would be dominated by such part too.
