restricting filetypes internally

Hi,

Can anyone help in how I can restrict the reception of
certain
filetypes from external domains but allow users of certain
domains to
both send and receive them?

Presently, I want employees to be able to send certain
filetypes to one
another unmolested.  However, it would be nice to be able to
say "ok,
external domain can now send us those filetypes".

I'm running the latest version.

Anyone?
