Version 0.9 of clamav (under development, not released)
will have the ability to ignore specified signatures. This
will allow the admin to do things such as disable Phishing
signatures or disable signatures that cause false positives.

With the current 0.8x versions it is possible to remove
signatures from the database, but doing so requires manual
(scriptable) manipulation of the signature database.
