I use following patch to add score in the subject - first
part. The 
second part it tries to remove multiple [SPAM] tags in the
subject (I 
don't like subject like "***SPAM*** [SPAM] This is
original subject"). 
But changing subject probably break DomainKeys or DKIM
signagure...
