Aolserver and ttrace

Hi Agniseszka,

i would think that ttrace does not depend on libtrhead, it
just happens 
to be distributed
with libthread. you should source from modules/tcl
ttrace.tcl and call 
then ::trace::enable
ttrace is nowadays packaged with sourceforge naviserver (i
think, only 
in cvs HEAD).
