Cannot create or deploy an ASP.NET application on Windows XP Service Pack2!

Hi there,
    Thanks Marty, but the problem is I have tried everything
you have told 
me. Even I added the a new port named "http"
with port number 80 to the 
Windows Firewall so it wouldn't block it, but it has been
no use. Any more 
help is definitely Welcome. Thanks!
