Problem while using ActiveX control in Web page in VS 2005

Hi All,
I am tring to use activex control in VS2005 in a web page.
but when i
am adding ocx file from chosse items.. option by right
clicking on
toolbox .after that , that ocx control is not visible in
tool box .
I have tried same procedure VS 2003 there it is working fine
..
If any body can help me please do that .
