AXD - Captcha problem

I'm attempting to use captcha on my form and the image shows
up via an
AXD file.  Problem is the image doesn't show up when I try
to view it
using my local IIS 7.  But it DOES show up when I view the
web site
via Visual Studio.NET's built in IIS.  (like when you use
the "View in
browser" ability)  I recall solving this problem
before, but now it's
stumped me.   Any help would be appreciated...

I'm using ASP.NET 2.0 and IIS 7.  Thanks!
