If you have access to IIS on the server, you can just look
at the
ASP.Net Tab, and it should tell you what version the server
is running
under. If both 1.1 and 2.0 are installed, there's a
drop-down option.
I don't know of any programming-command (via .net) to get
that info,
but that's not to say there isn't one.
