Does anyone know how to take a live snapshot (screenshot) of a URL,
then save it as an image?
I tried to Google it. The only thing I could come up with a third
party component to do it. Using a component is out with my webhost. So,
I need to write a script.

Not a chance in hell without a component. You can capture a webpage using
cdo and include it in an email as html, but thats about it. Unless you have
access to reporting services 2005?

Google: "website thumbnails" There's a ton of 3rd party services that could be used.
