Data Grid - NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

List,

I am getting "NullReferenceException: Object reference
not set to an
instance of an object", while clicking the Property
Builder of Data Grid or
Data List control. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Visual Studio 2003
but it didn't help. Even I installed the Service pack 1 for
the Visual
Studio 2003 but no use.

I have already googled and searched Microsoft site but
nothing has helped me
yet. Thanks for any help well in the advance.
