Memory frequency question -- A7N8X-E DELUXE

When I power-up my system the the BIOS displays 
166MHz - Single Channel Mode
I have one 512MB DDR memory card installed.
The card label is 512M PC3200 DDR INFINEON.
Is this the best way to run the system?
Should I change something?

PS: I have a ASUS A7N8X-E DELUXE motherboard
    with Windows XP pro installed.
    The motherboard has a NVIDIA nForce2 chipset.
