For those who haven't figured this out yet, please reply to
Nick directly,
as he suggested:

"Please email your resume to NickChesterspherion.com"


Personally, I don't mind the occasional "job position
available" posting,
but I really don't need to see all the responses, positive
and negative.
By the way, I would assume Nick did not want everyone who
was NOT
interested in the job to reply to him, or to the list.  It
doesn't scale
well.
