Record TV programs on Mini DVs through Camcorder

I have a Panasonic DV Camcorder (Model- NV GS 180 GC) and
Onida 21
Oxygen TV. I want to record my TV programs on my Mini DVs.
Is it
possible with these equipment? If possible, choose me which
type of
cables useful to connect TV to Camcorder.
