I need help converting a file!

Hi, i hope someone can help me... i am not very good with
computers,
so if you can, you will need to use "simple
terms"... (sorry)

I was recently at a live taping of a TV show, and a friend
tivo'd it
for me, and saved it on my thumb drive. I am trying to watch
it, but i
dotn have tivo, and i thought i would be able to just play
it with
media player.. but that doesnt work... (i just want to see
what i look
like on tv!)

If you could help me, that would be awesome!!! THANKS!!!!

Stacy, can you tell us what type of file it was saved as? If
you open
the thumb drive, you see the name then what is the extension
after the
name? (name.exe, name.doc, name.mdb, etc...)

I suspect your friend did this file using the TiVo desktop
software..
if this is the case, you will need his "Media
Access" key to view it
via Media Player.  Goto http://www.tivo.com/mytivo/domore/tivotogo/index.html
to read all about it.
