Hi you all:

----------------------------
The endpoint could be running:
* Jena, because Jena currently (according to their homepage) supports
SPARQL and OWL.
* Pellet, according to homepage is a stand alone OWL resoner, which
supports SPARQL (but I cant see a description of how to get the data
into Pellet)
------------------------

Ok, the problem is that I do not know quite well at the moment what type of connection (connection in general) I have to do with my app and Jena (I mean, I can access data via SPARQL, but, how can I write into Jena repository?). So I will try and play with Sesame with just RDFS reasoning, and then I will try it with Jena. Pellet is also a good option I hadn't considered

Thanks.

You can look at the current gem of the Sesame2 adapter for
ActiveRDF
and jruby.
Installation is described here: http://wiki.activerdf.org/

ActiveRDF_and_RoR_and_Sesame

Be warned, this is alpha level stuff..

There might be a new release of the Sesame2 adapter, when
jruby 1.0
is released (in a few days).
