Is anyone else seeing the domain as expired ?  There appears
to be a 
tucows holding page there at the moment.

Yes, their renewal emails were wrongly flagged as spam.
Before renewing, 
I'm looking now to see whether DERI can take over ownership,
instead of me 
privately. In any case, the page should be up quickly again.
