website up, new releases

Hi all,

The website is up again, sorry for the trouble, we had some

miscommunication with the hosting provider. In other news,
some bugfixes in 
the main code have been released, and the SPARQL adapter now
supports HTTP 
authenticated endpoints (finally!).
