Can I create a Linux wrapped application from SPARC TDK?

I know that starkits/starpacks can, on one platform, be
built for
multiple platforms.

The doc for TclApp shows an example of specifying a -prefix
base-tcl-win32-ix86.exe . What I don't see, however, is that
file
located anywhere in the TclDevKit installation tree. So,
what would be
the method to get the Linux (and perhaps the Windows as
well) base-tcl
so that on one platform I could create the wrapped
applications for
other platforms?
