clarify

if some expert can assist me,

i wish to clarify pertaining to google's statement that I
came across
"do not use url to  forward"

say, i have a site with quite a number of pages.
(e.g. justaboutusana.sensetheme.com)

next, i wish to have a different domain name for just one
page of the
above site.
(www.richwayexpress.com) which point forward to one page of
the above
site such as
(ht
tp://justaboutusana.sensetheme.com/jau/jau7.html)

so,  i bought another domain name www.richwayexpress.com

next, i wish visitors click on www.richwayexpress.com and he
sees the
page on jau7.html

2 questions:
(1)  can i set up my google adwords using
www.richwayexpress.com?

(2)  when people click www.richwayexpress.com,  can the
address line on
top there show www.richwayexpress.com instead of such a long
url of
ht
tp://justaboutusana.sensetheme.com/jau/jau7.html
