Interfaces to the SOAP web services are available in a
variety of
languages including Java.

You'll want an AdWords account and an MCC.

The service is about to start attracting usage fees from
October 1st.
There is a sandbox to test software that is free and has no
effect on
live advertising.

We've made an interface to OCaml, and have command line
tools that can
be used from shell scripts, suitable for small usage, such
as exploring
the interface.

The API usually lags the development of the UI. Version 5
has just been
released (last night) for example, and introduces some of
the UI
features such as hourly reporting that were introduced in
the UI more
than a month ago.

Thanks for the reply.

I am going through the documentation.

 I need to use PHP to communicate with adwords api and i
downloaded
apility library.

I have couple of questions.

1) Assume i have MCC account and developer token.

in order to publish my campaign using adwords api for a
client then
whose account will be charged the client account or MCC
account?

2) I don't think the adwords api provides facility to add
clients? Do i
need to create client accounts manually?

Hi Prasad

Who gets charged? The signed up account that is being used.
When you
register for the API, you'll need to apply for an account.
That account
is the one that will be billed. If you want client accounts
to be
billed, then they'll need their own accounts and bills.

Accounts are always created manually. Unless you are really
big and can
have a Google rep assigned to look after you  Adding
accounts to an
MCC is also a manual process and typically involves a two
step
authentication to make sure that client and agency each
agree to allow
the MCC to manage the account.
