phrase match vs broad match

Hi all,

I need some clarification with phrase match & broad
match terms. its
sort of basic doubt really. Pardon me if this has been
discussed
earlier.

Assume there are 2 keywords with same bid within the same ad
group.

broad match - car stereo ** 1.0
phrase match - "car stereo" ** 1.0

now if I search for car stereo in google, which of these
keywords will
trigger my ad ??!
