Different types of ads

For a few local clients, this works very well. However,
local clients tend to be small 
clients and we don't have (nor want) many of those.

> Video Ads - no clients interested in this. Perceived as
low volume,
> high production cost and low ROI.

Same experience.  No interest from clients. Cost (time,
money, decision process, etc.) of 
video production is high.
