How do I stop my own ads showing on my website?

I'm paying quite a bit for my Google Ads and they are
displaying on my
own website in Adsense.  I do not want people to click on my
adverts if
they are already on my website - because then I'm paying
for them to
return to my site.

Is there anyway of 'blocking' my website in Adsense from
my own
website?

Would I use the 'Competitive Ad Filter' to do this for me?
