Improving Ad Copy Text

We have cleaning franchise are just getting started with
online
advertising for carpet cleaning. There appears to be a large
opportunity in our geography with over 10K impressions in 30
days, but
only 0.6% click thru. Need help in optimizing ad copy. We
have see
below:

Any help would be appreciated and potentially profitable.

 Dear Sir/Madam:

I am a PPC marketer for 4 years now using google
,overture 
and many other search engines. My CTRs around 17% and
my 
conversion rates around 20% with proofs.
I worked with keywords like loan , realestate, avian
dird flu, and my clints could manage a very profitable
adwords campiagns 
with $1/day budget although these words as they are
cost $5 
each.

I use more than 10 tools to help me in creating all
possible 
KWs,one of them is wordtracker if you know the name .

underscores
the benefits. Like:

Deep cleaning; your carpets
will smell and look new. $25 off.

I haven't paid strict attention to the character count, but
you get the
idea.
