Could you tell us your keywords and show the ad? Perhaps
some tweaking is 
needed. In the meantime, look at the ads for your
competitors, the ones that 
come up when you search your keywords. Are they using action
language, and 
does the keyword appear in the ad itself? Do they have a
call to action? More
