Can not log into Adwords - 1 new

The last several days when I go to the Adwords log-in page,
instead of the
normal Password and Username Fields, there is there a link
saying "Click Here"
and nothing happens when you click. Currently there is no
way for me to log
into AdWords- I have been using it for 2 1/2 years and now I
am stuck with no
