I would like to query the timing of Google's launching of a
great new tool ; 
the "hourly report" and its total clash with
having to set up a one time, non 
changable time zone.I do not see how one who is running an
international 
campaign can make an educated decision about which time zone
is most suitable

Training companies how to use AdWords - 1 new

I want to train potential customers of AdWords in how to set
up and build a 
campaign. They don't want a live campaign. Is there any way
of setting up a "
test account"? This is for demonstration purposes
only. My organisation is not-
for-profit, based in Glasgow, Scotland and we run courses
for small companies
