Okay, so this is the whole story. The two campaigns do have
different URLs so 
that i can track which Campaign is giving me which leads.
The reason for two 
Campaigns is simply a budget issue that needs to be sorted
out.I want one 
Campaign to appear everywhere except for the countries
covered by the "minor" 
Campaign, as this has a higher budget - Sun, Sep 3 2006
