AdWords Placement - 1 new

Hi Chrissy, Your keyword may be bid high enough that it is
shown as active,
but insufficiently high that it shows, even without other
adverts present. For
example, an advert for "kibbled nibthwaits" (or
other nonsense phrases)
typically will allow a $0.05 MinCPC and will be marked as
active. It typically
