Putting Analytics URLs into Adwords - 2 new

Hi, I have recently started to use Google Analytics for my
site. I wanted to 
change my destination URLs from what they currently are
([link]) to the 
Analytics URL to track the traffic coming in from different
keywords. I know 
that I can do this individually with the Analytics URL
Generator. However,
