AE .exe error - 1 new

I keep on getting an xulrunner.exe error whenever I try to
open the AE program.
I has the 3.x version before and it was erroring out so I
uninstalled it and
reinstalled it again. It was working fine all last week
until today when that
error popped up. Any help? I was thinking that maybe I can
just replace the

Custom Reports Failing - 1 new

Hello, We're having some of our custom reports come up as
failed, and we're
trying to figure out why. All we see is status: failed. Is
there any way to
tell, either through the web UI or through the API (which is
how we're
submitting the jobs) why the jobs failed, maybe a way to get
a message or
something? Failed really doesn't tell us much!  - Tues,
